Third time seeing her live.
First time 20 years ago.
She has not lost her fabulous voice and unique style.
I will definitely see her again if I get a chance.
Thank you Martina for coming to Long Island!

UNDER THE WEATHER
I have seen Martina in concert before and she is pitch perfect and powerful. I think she
was recovering from a cold or flu because her voice was not up to par last night. You
could tell when she was speaking to the crowd she sounded slightly hoarse. She even
kept visiting her water and warm tea a lot. It was still a great evening listening to one of
the greatest voices on earth!

A PURE ENTERTAINER
1st time we saw her in concert. Drove down from Vancouver Canada. Great band, great sound, well performed, smooth running concert. Encore was my favourite Pat Benatar song.. Great way to end the show! Overall, Martina can cone up to Vancouver BC anytime and perform. She definitely still has it!!!

SINGS WITH PASSION
If she was a beginner she would not get famous but I
have such respect for her music and the music she
has gave to us for years so yes she is very pitchy but
she is an amazing person and put her best forward. I
wouldn’t pay a lot to see it but I know she is respected
and is loved by many. I really enjoyed it but wouldn’t
pay to go again

A LIL BIZARRE?
My goodness. I know that she is beyond talented, but her voice just wasn’t there last nite. So strange. It’s hard to believe that she recorded a Christmas album? I kept telling my friend that she needed to keep her earpiece in her ear. She clearly was not hearing the musicians behind her. Too, her outfits were strange & out of date. They looked like Loretta Lynn’s old dresses? If so, I’d understand why she wore them. She came out in one pant outfit that was adorable & SO her ‘style. I agree with others....she was very ‘off her game’ last nite’. The two songs that were ‘hers’ & not holiday....was perfect & wonderful. Others were crazy pitchy. I bought the tickets for my for my friend for Christmas....fortunately, she is one who sees the positive in everything:) We had a fun nite:) I hope the glitches get figured out & I’d leave out the many dress changes. Thanks, Martina. I hope you feel better. You are beautiful:) Merry Christmas!

WHAT A SUPPORTIVE AUDIENCE I ATTENDED WITH!
I love Martina and attended a concert years ago in AZ when she toured when Little Big Town opened for her. Back then, she was pitch perfect. It was by far one of the best concerts I had ever attended, so I was excited to hear her again live. But like the other reviews, she was extremely pitchy. I thought it was something that was a singular incident, but reading these reviews, there is cause for concern. I paid over $300 for two tickets and if this is an ongoing problem, then I feel a bit misled. The wonderful thing was, the audience in Chandler was amazing and so supportive. They honored, cheered on and adored Martina, because of who she is and what she’s done for women and country music. She is a legend and her talent has already been proven in the past. She still has stage presence and the ability to pull everyone in the audience in. Her voice is struggling, and it breaks my heart because the pitch issues were difficult to listen to. But she is LOVED, ADORED and “sings it anyway”!

SHOT
I love Martina, but her voice is shot. It's been going for the past 5-7 years and now it's just totally gone. It's very sad. She's now lip syching at her shows, which is so disappointing. It's so obvious when she goes from sounding perfect (and exactly like the cd), to sounding, well, like you want to plug your ears. My heart breaks for her, but I'm very disappointed that she's turned to lip syching!

DISAPPOINTING
I was disappointed in Ms. McBride's pitch. She kept touching her ear so maybe she
was trying to fix her ear piece. I'm not sure what the reason for her being out of key,
but I have heard her sing on television numerous times and she sounded angelic.
Last evening was disappointing to me because I spent a lot of money (for me) and it
was a Christmas gift to my brother as we have wanted to see Martina McBride's
Christmas show for years. If this was a technical error on the venue or artist's part, I
hope you fix the problem for future concert goers.

DISAPPOINTED- EVERY SONG SHE SANG WAS OFF KEY - POOR SOUND?
I splurged on 2 tickets, $149 each -took my Mom as her Christmas gift. Front row, Orchestra. Great view and up close. Cushioned folding chairs with cup holder was strange - but comfortable enough, except large person next to me hogged armrest. Martina is beautiful - I've never seen her in concert and was so disappointed in her voice. It was obvious the sound was off and seemed she couldn't hear herself in the monitor as she frequently struggled with the ear piece. Hence, she was way off key for every single song. Cringe worthy at times. Such a shame because I'm listening to her now (online recording) and her voice is beautiful. Backup singers were spot on so not sure what happened. I don't understand why the problem couldn't be corrected during the intermission. Musicians were great and I liked the overall look of the show. But not worth $300 due to her poor voice quality. I wish I could see her again when able to actually perform at her peak. Wish I could get a refund.

PITCHY AND BORING
The entire show was a disappointment. She was pitchy throughout and kept adjusting her earpiece. Her own songs didn't sound like herself. If she had said she was fighting a cold and gave us some reason maybe it would have been more acceptable. Overall the content wasnt very good... her dresses were old-fashioned no music playing for the military personnel presented, her walking through the audience was ridiculous.... she was pretty lifeless on stage... very disappointing!!

BORING AND OUTDATED
I’m not familiar with Martina McBride’s music but have seen her perform on award shows. Her voice is beautiful but last night it lacked strength. Maybe she was not feeling well? Songs were mostly slow and she just swayed back and forth. She lacks stage presence big time. Watching old clips from Christmas movies was a little off. Sad to say very boring.
Grace from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
FLAT IN PHILLY
It was painful to hear her sing so off key and ruin so many classics. And showing video of Christmas cartoons? huh? Walking the aisle on the first floor for 15 minutes with camera/video not working so that most of the audience could not see anything, but only listen to trite dialogue? Only redemption was the Graphics, her nice personality, dresses and shoes.

VERY LOUD, MARTINA VOICE WAS OFF.
Looking forward to this concert all year. From the first startling, incredibly loud announcement from the booth, which surprised and shocked the entire audience 5 minutes before the show even started, to the very first song, you could tell this was not going to be a good night for either the performers or the crowd. It seemed Martina was sick. The band, which was very good, just went on and didn't say anything to her during the entire, painful event. My wife played one of Martina's songs for me over our car radio as we drove the short distance home telling me that the band had actually performed that song, but at the show it was unrecognizable to me.
Tuacahn Amphitheater didn't help the situation either. We are Padre Canyon neighbors and frequent this venue often. The performances are getting progressively louder and uncomfortable. If I hadn't paid so much for the tickets and was by myself, I would have left after the 2nd song. We have Kansas tickets tonight for Tuacahn that I purchased months ago. I am not really looking forward to this show as I usually do.
Martina let it be known that she and her band will be performing in Tucson tonight. I don't envy that unknowing audience. Hopefully the Tucson venue wont try to drown out Martina's singing ailment or she will properly cancel until she can recover.
Love her albums, wish I hadn't attended the show.

QUESTIONABLE
As I am a singer I appreciate how Martina pushed through her show here in Huber Heights, Ohio on 7/1/22. She was pitchy and appeared to be unwell. From all these reviews that I have been reading it appears to be her every concert review feedback through all of the seasons. I wish her well in whatever circumstance she is battling. Singing is a great opportunity to share a message with others and being that vessel has its demands. Martina, you got this! Take care of yourself and your voice and maybe choose another key to sing your songs in so the struggle isn’t so real. Many people are rooting for you including me.

NOT GOOD AT ALL...
This was my first time seeing her. She was off key, very pitchy and it was an overall
boring show. The tickets were a gift and so glad I didn’t buy them. I will not ever buy
tickets to her show.
Exploited from Dallas, Texas
WE WALKED OUT
Her show resembled a 1960's Lawrence Welk USO tour event. Cheesy doesn't begin to describe it. 15 minute segment of family Christmas videos from the 1960s - no music. A 15 minute Oprah like walk into audience for selfies and "where are you from" - no music. A silent guest appearance of 3 nameless military personal brought to center stage for a round of applause - no music.
It was a short, lifeless uninspired performance of Christmas songs backed by a local suburban orchestra who it appeared she just met.
We had excellent seats. We walked out. We felt exploited.

PITCHY AND BORING
My wife and I cringed during the whole show
due to her very pitchy vocals. There was no
showmanship on stage and her trip into the
audience was not thought out and awkward.
We came to hear one of the best most
powerful female singers in the world! Sure
wish she had shown up last night!
Jeanne from Minneapolis, Minnesota
TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE
My friends and I cringed at each note that was flat and off key. We all agreed that, while we know she was a great singer, she must have been sick and could not hear herself. Also, the show itself was so boring. She needed a male counterpart or actual conversation about her life. Something to make it interesting! We couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Brian Dominick from Hartford, Connecticut
AWFUL
I have seen Martina many times.Took my wife for the first time I have seen hundreds of performers in concert. This was in the top of the worse. In the past she has been great tonight just plain awful.Pitchy is being polite. If she was sick should of cancelled. As far as the whole show a nursing home would of been bored.
Roy Tinsley from East Lansing, Michigan
WHY IS SHE STILL TOURING??
Saw her in 2019 in Michigan. Every song was pitchy. I was thinking she was sick or had sound issues but after reading these reviews, I see it's an ongoing problem that she has not addressed. Martina is one of my wife's favorite singers so I purchased the expensive tickets for her birthday. We were very disappointed because you don't expect a professional singer to sound so off. I happen to work in the sound industry and there is no excuse to perform night after night with pitch problems. If it's an equipment issue you fix it to save the artist from further imbarrasment. If you're sick you apologize to the paying audience for sounding bad. By the way there is software that can correct pitch issues if you can no longer do it yourself. Let's face it, she has to know that this is a problem. My question is why does she continue to tour and charge people to see a terrible performance? Good grief all she has to do is listen to a recording of herself. Very dishonest I think.

SO DISAPPOINTED
I Absolutely adored Martina McBride and have look forward to this concert for over four months. Something must be wrong for her to sound so pitchy if I it wasn’t for her background singers I don’t think she would’ve remembered the words to the songs. Yes performance broke my heart
